My Reflection:

I have been learning to make a graph including my whole class. First I had to think of a question and put in some suggestions. Then I had to go around getting the opinions. After that I needed to write it down on a piece of paper and then copy it onto a laptop. The question was 'What value is more important to you?' There was 24 people I needed to ask and did.

 My Reflection:
I have been learning how to write a narrative story that everyone was involved in. We made it on a ipad using an App called Book Creator. I am also writing my own story about Allegro learning about celebrations and just about everyone else is writing their own with a partner. I don't have a partner but I'm still working hard. Watch for the further adventures of our courageous little friend.

My Reflection:

I am learning to find out how many squares are in my foot. Every square has a number of how many squares are in each one. Then when I have counted all the single squares into a bigger group then I add them up all together and it gives me my number of squares in my foot. It was easy to make all the squares and put the numbers in. My next step could be doing my hand.

Gymnastics

My Reflection:

I have been going to gymnastics with my class. When we go to gymnastics we do it with a year 5 class. When we got to gymnastics, we got into our groups and lined up ready to perform. When it was our turn, we came out and started with our first move. Our routine was very funny. Nearly everyone laughed. Gymnastics is very fun for me because you can just about any move you want as long as they are not too silly and you can't hurt yourself or anyone else. My next step for gymnastics maybe could be doing a ending.  

My Maths Think Board

My Reflection:
I have been learning to use a Maths Think Board. I did a adding problem and was aloud to go into the hundreds because I was in the top group and that is the circles. This was a very easy because I had to put the same thing in ever conner, just in a different type of way. As soon as I started doing this, at the same time I started learning something. This was a very fun thing to do for me. I would like my next step to be subtracting using a Maths Think Board.

My Reflection: 

I have been learning to make fractions. This was quite easy for me because I have been learning lots about fractions. I had to choose the right answer for the computer to mark. I am very proud of myself. This was quite fun, I liked the way that this was about maths because I think that maths is really fun. For my next step I would like it to be a bit harder.

My Reflection:

I have been learning to solve addition problems using my place value and tidy ten knowledge.  I found this easy because I know this strategy very well.  My next step is to start using strategies to solve subtraction problems.

Character Sketch

Brooke

Brooke is a girl. She is 8 years old and likes candy. Her hair is brown and she hates the hair-brush. On her face she has freckles and blue eyes. Last year she got two pairs of glasses but she hardly ever wears them. She also dances Rock ‘n’ Roll, she loves to dance with me. She also dances with her brother. Sometimes when writes her name she makes eyes with the two os in her name. She really likes to play with me. She is older than me by 2 and a half months. Brooke is very ticklish so she is quite sensitive especially on her feet. If you try to put even one finger on them her feet will go crazy and you will not like it. So far in her life she is not allergic to anything. She is my cousin and  she is just about my best friend.

My Reflection:

I am learning to write a character sketch. The first thing I had to do was a plan. Next I started the story about Brooke. It was a bit tricky to think of what to write but I managed it in the end. My plan had lots of information  about Brooke. I have been writing about my cousin. The next step I want to do is write a character sketch about my friend.

Thinker of the Week medal

This week I got the ‘’Thinker of the Week’’ medal because I have been a good leader, I have been helping people and have been reminding people nicely in the cloak-bay or anywhere else and have been showing good leadership. I am a the girl cloak-bay monitor and my teacher is very proud of me and what I do. I am also very proud of myself and what I do too.

My Reflection: IALT make a Venn Diagram. It was a bit tricky to think of what to write in. It was quite  boring really, but in the end I did it. Next time I do this I would like to do it between a Bio-poem and a Reflection

I was learning to write a “Did you ever poem”.

I think that writing the poem was quite fun.

But it was a bit tricky to think of what to write.

Next time I will switch my brain on so I don’t start

talking with the other people on my table.

Bio Poem Reflection 
I was learning to write a Bio Poem. It was easy to do because I followed the formula. I am pleased with my Bio poem because it explains a lot about me. Next time, I might choose some better adjectives to describe myself.

Learning to solve maths word problems

Pocket money problem reflection

Reflection on my learning:  IALT solve a maths problem by using a grid.  It was easy to add the numbers together.  Nothing was tricky.  There may be some things I

need to improve on but even if I did , I don’t know what.  It was fun and boring at the same time.
